Hit and Run

It was our first time to confront this most feared known fear, the what if of sending your son to the school where you are teaching.

The first semester seems so okey for the three of us. Coco has a  lot of fun, not because of his being my son but because of his being the youngest in the school. We thought, he loves the accolades of the students. However, we noticed that slowly he was beginning to dislike it. And his reaciton was not pleasant.

This week, her Mom was furious when he saw the mark on his card, "unhappy face". When she asked her, she was told that she hit his classmate Elena.

What do you expect but lectures and time outs and grounded rules. It was an awful day for him and us.

But we are learning. And I guess he was learning more.

After a barage of sorry and contrition, we let that day go and hoped for a better weekend.

I hope it is not just a hit and run for all of us, but we are hoping for a bulls eye.
